Endries International Inc.currently has an opening for a Warehouse Manager at our Sheffield Village, OH location. We are looking for a highly motivated leader who enjoys problem solving, coaching team members to achieve their best, and is passionate about supply chain process. In this role, you will be the location leader and you will have responsibilities of the warehouse and the supply chain processes.

Essential Functions

Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels through proper tracking and record-keeping. Implement and maintain inventory control systems. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to team. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Optimize the layout of the warehouse for efficient storage, picking, and packing. Recommend shelving and racking systems as needed. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and completed timely. Coordinate with carriers and suppliers, optimizing freight costs. Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that all products meet established standards. Follow inspection requirement. Ensure that warehouse equipment and machinery are in good working condition. Manage and control warehouse operating expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities. Generate reports and provide data analysis as required. Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate terms and conditions when necessary. Comply with national agreements when required. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the warehouse's performance and efficiency. Continuously improve processes to meet or exceed KPIs. Address and resolve any operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies, delivery delays, or equipment malfunctions. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, environmental, and labor laws.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) (experience working within SCE/ preferred). Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Must have the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business unit leaders throughout the organization Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field or equivalent experience. 8-10+ years of Warehouse experience including processes, systems, training and leadership 4 years of leadership experience
