It is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities and requirements.Minimum Qualifications Ability to climb ladders to reach high places including replacing ceiling light bulbs, move heavy furniture, lift heavy boxes (50 - 75 pounds), operate heavy cleaning equipment, and ability to mop extensive area. Possess organizational skills and ability to work well with others.Preferred Qualifications Prior related job experience (1 - 2 years).
