Project Manager II

IntePros is looking for a Project Manager to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week-in-office with 2 work-from-home days, for our Premier Client located in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting role that will work with a very collaborative cross-border team to launch a new delivery and process improvement program that will be highly visible to C-Suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Own a program that will impact millions of customers globally.
  • Work with multiple cross functional teams and drive decisions that improve the delivery experience currently in place for cross-border customers.
What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a program or project manager.
  • 3+ years using data and metrics to drive evaluation and improvement decisions.
What are the top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • 5+ years of experience working closely with stakeholder management.
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating status to Senior leadership.
Soft Skill requirements (team fit/personality requirements)
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctuality in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to learn technology/domain quickly
