What would the Technical Applications Specialist do?

Lead the deployment, testing and configuration support for the firm's design technology software include Autodesk systems and other related architecture platforms

Evaluate and deploy new software strategically to drive innovating within the firm

Customer and adjust applications to meet organizational and user-specific needs

Opportunity to learn coding and collaborate on software development projects

Maintain and resolve tickets, request and messages from application users

Stay up-to-date with design software and industry developments

What are the requirements for a Technical Applications Specialist?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

At least 1-2 years of technical support experience

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Familiarity with Autodesk Suite and/or Adobe and a willingness to learn new software quickly if not experienced

Comfortable working with outside vendors
