Hourly Pay: $14.45-19.27

Description

Our Inventory Auditor is responsible for monitoring inventory and auditing for accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Auditing every load to completion on a daily basis
  • Performs daily cycle counts on the items assigned
  • Meet deadlines for reporting compliance
  • Performs consolidations within the RDC
  • Correcting and documenting all picking errors with assistance from a lead or supervisor
  • Be willing to cross train in other areas
  • Identifies the causes of inventory discrepancies
  • Makes recommendations to correct recurring errors
  • Reports results of audits to management on a regular basis
  • Perform any other tasks as defined by Leads, Supervisor, Ops Manager or Director
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
Qualifications
  • Safety 1st Mentality
  • Prior distribution center experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Possess the ability to work independently and with others
  • Prior material handling equipment experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift at heights up to 25 feet
  • Must be a self-starter, ambitious and highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently within established parameters and meet deadlines
  • Ability to reason and solve problems
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of basic math skills and some computer experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability to use a calculator and perform basic math calculations accurately
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with cycle counting/ auditing / inventory management preferred
  • Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
