$50,000 + Comms per year (OTE - $75-80k)

If so, we want to hear from you We are currently seeking Trainee Recruiters to join our team as Associate Recruitment Consultants. This is a sales-driven role where you will focus on developing long-lasting relationships with businesses that have niche technology staffing needs.
At Locke Staffing Group, we believe in delivering a tailored service that truly cares for specialists searching for their next challenge and organizations looking for assistance with their niche staffing requirements. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting the right candidates with the right businesses, ensuring a successful match.
Key Responsibilities:
· Candidate sourcing: Proactively reach out to candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Adverts, and our extensive internal database.
· Process management: Book interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure successful placements of candidates.
· Business development: Engage proactively with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities.

Requirements:
· No prior experience required.
