Team Infrastructuur maakt binnen het Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA) deel uit van de Afdeling ICT. De afdeling Infrastructuur richt zich op het inrichten, onderhouden, beheren en exploiteren van de ICT-infrastructuur ten behoeve van het COA. Vanuit het Cloud programma lopen kleinere en grotere projecten. In verband met steeds meer groeiende beheer vraagstukken vanuit het Programma Cloud dient er een eerste vorm van competence center te worden opgezet en gemplementeerd. Rekening houden met een bestaande on-premise organisatie.
Taken:
Opstellen korte en langere termijn inrichtingsplan cloud competence plan (snel pragmatisch aan de slag voor korte termijn beheer behoefte en structuur toekomstige invulling, de basis Azure en M365 is ingericht en vele migraties naar Azure/ PaaS dienen nog te volgen; en kijkend naar de langere termijn inrichting
FIT/GAP analyse huidige organisatie t.o.v. toekomstige beheer organisatie (Cloud competence center)
Functiehuis aanpassing/ Leertraject beschrijving
HBO/Academisch werk- en denkniveau;
Prima beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
Kennis en ervaring m.b.t. ICT transformatie vraagstukken en inrichting competence center (van on-premise naar Cloud )
Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met de implementatie hiervan zowel op strategisch, tactisch als operationeel niveau, bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de overheid en of gemeentes;
Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met Prince 2;
Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met Scrum/Agile
Bedrijfsinformatie:
COA staat voor Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers. COA is verantwoordelijk voor de opvang van asielzoekers en begeleiden hen naar een toekomst in Nederland of het land van herkomst. Men werkt daarbij nauw samen met de andere organisaties binnen de vreemdelingenketen zoals de Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) en de Dienst Terugkeer en Vertrek (DT&V). Alle partners hebben hun eigen taken en verantwoordelijkheden. Zelfstandig bestuursorgaan
Het COA is een zelfstandig bestuursorgaan (zbo) en voert de taken uit die zijn vastgelegd in de Wet Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (Wet COA). De organisatie legt verantwoording af aan de staatssecretaris van Justitie en Veiligheid.
