Industrialization Quality (Pre-series / Launch) – Effectively influences a cross functional team of professionals during Launch phases in the areas of Problem Solving, Process Capability Validation, Process Audit (VDA), Product Change Management, Lessons Learned, Reverse PFMEA, and Temporary Quality Walls. Quality Authority – Ability to be a project team’s expert and authority and is capable of training others for all stop work situations, non-conformance management, customer satisfaction monitoring, and supplier performance monitoring.
