We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the high standards of our properties.

Job Description: As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay across our multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenishing guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
  • Ensuring all common areas, including hallways and room outdoor seating areas, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Following established protocols for cleaning and sanitization to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborating with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Flexibility to switch between our three properties, all within a mile or two of each other.
Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items as needed.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • Must be available at least every other weekend.
  • Hours vary but are typically from around 9:30am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

•Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel's standards before guests arrive
•Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
•Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
•Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
•Answer general questions from guests

Qualifications

•At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred
•Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
•Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
