Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the facility has the proper operational systems and controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people to effectively operate the facility while ensuring clinical excellence, financial strength, and operational efficiency.
- Support the facility team, mentor to build strong leaders, resolve administrative questions/issues/problems and empower employees through positive leadership development.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement evidence-based clinical and psychoeducational curricula and best practices for all programs.
- Coordinate services for specific clinical programs.
- Ensures administrative policies, procedures, and workflows are compliant with all applicable regulatory bodies.
- Works with Big Skys Compliance Manager for any requires state or government audit.
- Assigns, directs, and supervises work efforts of clinicians, interns, and support staff
- Provides ongoing evaluation and provides performance feedback to all clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Maintains quality, confidentiality, and continuity of all required documentation and records.
- Monitors programming for evidence-based adherence to ensure quality of content.
- Schedules employee work times and case assignments to maintain adequate client and facilities supervision at all times.
- Directs and monitors work efforts of counselors in training, and support staff.
- Ensures program functions with clinical integrity and maintains compliance with licensure standards.
- Responsibility for updating and compliance with company Policy and Procedures manual for all clinical programs.
- Implementation and accountability for UR and QA initiatives.
- Work with Human Resources to participate in the interviewing, hiring, orientation and training of staff, and act as a program liaison to relationship partners and community groups.
- Coordinate the clinical internship program.
- Assure all clinical staff in providing and promoting personal and excellent customer service to all clients.
Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted licensed in Montana as a LCSW, LCPC, LAC.
- 5-7 years experience working in the field of adult alcohol/drug abuse treatment or related social services delivery field.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Masters Degree in social services or a related clinical field.
