is looking for an Associate IT Support Specialist with a broad range of skills and experience in IT. This is an opportunity to grow your career and become part of a team of seasoned IT staff supporting nearly 1000 servers around the world. You will have the opportunity to learn the latest in the technology industry. What

you will do: * This role will assist the IT staff with all aspects of supporting a technical and mobile work force. * Laptop, workstation and server set up. * Server backups, patching, and log analysis. * Moving and setting up PCs, laptops, servers and phones. * Virtual machine setup and maintenance. * Full asset inventory. What you will bring: * Exceptionally positive attitude and communication skills for working with IT Staff, Office Staff and remote employees. * Experience with multiple operating systems like MS Windows & Linux (Solaris, FreeBSD, AIX, HPUX a plus). * Fundamental understanding of core networking principles. * Fundamental understanding of core computer and server hardware technology. * Skilled at troubleshooting, analyzing and researching solutions to technical problems independently. * Able to lift 50 lbs. * Experience with VMWare vSphere,

ESXi

and Workstation, Virtual Box, Parallels, or Windows Hyper-Understanding and experience with Infosec, HIPAA security or Sarbanes Oxley. * Understanding and experience with the software development lifecycle. About
