We're working with a premium organic poultry company looking to identify an innovative and driven QA Director to lead two state-of-the-art SQF facilities in PA.

This person reports to the VP of QA and has a team of 4 direct reports. The QA director is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and delivery of high-quality, consistent and on-spec food products for customers and consumers, as well as leading the audit process.

There is significant opportunity for growth as the successful candidate could potentially lead to a VP position.

Qualifications:

USDA and prior meat experience

5+ years of leadership in a quality assurance role

Poultry, further processing, and harvest experience preferred

Prior SQF or BRC experience

Target salary for this role is 140K-175K+ for the right skillset and includes a 20% bonus.
