Join to apply for the Custodial Maintenance Repair Technician role at Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, LLC (AATC) Job Title: Custodial Maintenance Repair Technician Department: Operations Reports to: Manager of Operations Salary: $60,588 Entry FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a Custodial Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired to guarantee user safety and functionality. Duties & Responsibilities The following is a list of duties and expectations within the role: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception. Repair and maintain a variety of janitorial equipment, including carpet extractors, scrubbers, burnishers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, and basic janitorial equipment. Maintain complete service records for all equipment. Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor. Welding and cutting steel for fabrication and repairs. Operation of forklift machinery. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read and write English proficiently. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanics, basic electronics, and pneumatics. Experience in failure analysis and repair of electromechanical machines. Proficiency in preventative maintenance and repair of janitorial equipment. Ability to work closely with internal AATC departments to source, order, and maintain supply inventory. Welding experience is preferred. Working Conditions Valid drivers license Must successfully pass a background check for insurance and security processes. Ability to lift to 75 pounds and handle a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies. The majority of the workday is spent standing. Some outdoor work can be required in all weather conditions. Hazardous materials handling. Early morning, and occasionally weekend, or holiday work as required. Steel-toed shoes must be worn on duty. Additional Qualifications Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting departmental goals. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, tenants, contractors, and AATC Staff. Must be a team player and demonstrate strong organizational skills. LOCATION: This position is located at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA.
