Job Description:
Conceptualize, design, deploy and ramp various manufacturing stations and lines. Participate in hands-on trial builds, setting up workstations and training technicians at new production facilities. Work with design engineers, supply chain, operations, safety, facilities, assemblers, and a host of other teams and outside suppliers and consultants.

Responsibilities:
* Own the build, purchase, and/or deployment of manufacturing workstations and equipment ranging from initial manual benchtop stations to highly automated systems.
* Designing and deploying your manufacturing lines.
* Partner with the product design team to drive Design For Manufacturing (DFM) considerations.
* Design and document robust processes/standard operating procedures capable of a high level of safety, uptime, and quality
* Assist in the debug and resolution of time-sensitive issues with manufacturing equipment and processes as they arise
* Root cause investigation and resolution
* Train individuals on new manufacturing equipment and processes
* Work with a diversity of teams inside and outside the company to achieve overall manufacturing success

Requirements:
* BS in Engineering
* Advanced degree is a plus
* 0-4 years experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Experience purchasing and setting up manufacturing equipment
* Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions and other manufacturing documentation
* Experience working with design engineers and providing DFM feedback
* Critical thinking, persistence, and collaboration.

Descripcin del trabajo:
Conceptualizar, disear, implementar y poner en marcha varias estaciones y lneas de fabricacin.
Participe en construcciones de prueba prcticas, configurando estaciones de trabajo y capacitando a tcnicos en nuevas instalaciones de produccin. Trabaje con ingenieros de diseo, cadena de suministro, operaciones, seguridad, instalaciones, ensambladores y una gran cantidad de otros equipos, proveedores y consultores externos.

Responsabilidades:
* A cargo de la construccin, compra y/o implementacin de estaciones de trabajo y equipos de fabricacin que van desde estaciones de mesa manuales iniciales hasta sistemas altamente automatizados.
* Diseo e implementacin de sus lneas de manufactura
* Trabajar con el equipo de diseo de productos para impulsar las consideraciones de Diseo para fabricacin (DFM).
* Disear y documentar procesos robustos/procedimientos operativos estndar capaces de un alto nivel de seguridad, tiempo de actividad y calidad.
* Ayudar en la depuracin y resolucin de problemas urgentes con equipos y procesos de fabricacin a medida que surjan.
* Investigacin y resolucin de causa raz.
* Capacitar a las personas en nuevos equipos y procesos de fabricacin.
* Trabajar con una diversidad de equipos dentro y fuera de la empresa para lograr el xito general de fabricacin.

Requisitos:
* Licenciatura en Ingeniera
*El ttulo avanzado es una ventaja.
* 0-4 aos de experiencia en un entorno de fabricacin o ingeniera.
* Experiencia en compra y configuracin de equipos de fabricacin.
* Experiencia en redaccin de procedimientos operativos estndar/instrucciones de trabajo y otra documentacin de fabricacin.
* Experiencia trabajando con ingenieros de diseo y brindando comentarios sobre DFM.
*Pensamiento crtico, persistencia y colaboracin.
