****Job Summary****

This role will deliver exceptional customer service to customers and consumers by answering platform related questions around program information, service, and product. Additionally, this role helps solve technical Platform issues, fix order issues, and maintain customer account information.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and researching/resolving customer issues.

* Provide quality service and support for both Hills consumers and customers in a variety of areas including, but not limited to product information, registration and password assistance, delivery inquiries, technical issues, EDI, Hill's to Home portal assistance, and finance questions.

* Interact with, establish rapport, and create goodwill across Hill's partners by applying SOP's and increase exceptions as needed.

* Analyze personal performance metrics to amplify strengths and opportunities for growth.

* Participate within team to identify strengths and process improvements.

* System support, issues identification, submitting IT ticket requests, and conducting systems testing.

****Education/ Experience****

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 3+ years of experience in a customer service-related role

**Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

* Strong digital literacy and excellent phone disposition

* Ability to address issues, resolve complaints, and difficult customer conversations through standard and escalated SOP's

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

* Ability to reference technical product information to provide customer support

* Positive and service-oriented demeanor

* Sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

* Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for internal and external customers

* Demonstrate integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for excellence while servicing customers

* Possess a good work ethic and teammate mentality

* Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once

* Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business) or equivalent related work experience.

* Proven track record working in an IT support environment.

* Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and functionality in a challenged environment, adapt and work optimally with a variety of situations, individuals and cultures.

* Technical Expertise: Proficient to expert skill level in implementing and supporting the following technologies

* End user devices (PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets)

* Windows 10 / Mac OS / Server 2016 / Windows Active Directory

* LAN (including CISCO wireless and printing)

* Google G-Suite Workplace

* Scripting and Workflow Automation experience desired

* IT/OT Network and Controls experience desired
