Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Lantern Government Solutions is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a full-time opportunity in Glasgow, KY with the Glasgow State Nursing Facility. CNAs play an essential role in providing hands-on support to residents and assisting licensed healthcare providers in delivering quality care. If you're looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply- new graduates are welcome Your daily responsibilities may include: Provide routine daily care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding. Perform routine ward duties and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents. Work under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by nursing staff and leadership. Work Schedule: Available shifts include: 3 pm11 pm (5 days a week) every other weekend; 6p7a 3 days a week every other weekend; 11 pm7 am (5 days a week) every other weekend. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of a Medicaid-approved nursing assistant program with a certificate of completion. Registered with the Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry, administered by the KY Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (in-person). Strong interpersonal skills and a caring, patient-centered approach.
