Warranty Analyst

Reports to:

Sr. Manager, Distribution Quality Assurance

Location:

Neosho

This position supports the Quality Assurance group in the Neosho distribution center by testing warranty returns and collecting data in the WAMS system to support continuous improvement, corrective actions, and supplier claims.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø

Test returned products to ensure conformance to specifications

Ø

Enter data into WAMS

Ø

Maintain product tracking spreadsheets

Ø

Perform both normal and abnormal special request product testing

Ø

Maintain saved sample inventory (SSR)

Ø

Update Salesforce entries as needed based on product review

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, bills of materials, product specifications, and work instructions

Ability to use basic computer software including Outlook, Excel, Salesforce

Ability to perform manual labor including lifting and stacking small products

Ability to work standing up for extended periods of time
