Opportunity: Primary Care Physician Job Details: - Work at the Montgomery Village Office providing comprehensive primary care services- Utilize strong clinical background and business acumen in a multispecialty group practice environment- Apply interpersonal skills while adaptively working with various people at different levels- Lead quality initiatives in a group practice setting- Implement experience in practice leadership within a population health/medical home environment- Support, grow, and develop the Medical Group- Must be licensed in the State of Maryland with current CDS and DEA- Board certified or eligible for the American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required- Full-time position with day shifts, Monday through Friday- Comprehensive benefits including work-life balance through non-rotating shifts- Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision coverage effective on date of hire- Employer-paid Short & Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance and ADD- Paid Time Off and employer retirement contribution with match after 1-year- Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, subsidized childcare, and employee assistance program Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
