Responsibility Statements

• Independently manages an inventory of cases for health plan reimbursement in third party liability situations.
• Responds to and makes requests for additional information and documentation to and from attorneys, insurance adjusters, and health plan members related to healthcare recovery rights.
• Applies in-depth knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to healthcare recovery rights.
• Monitors and negotiates resolution of health plan reimbursement rights.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent thinker and problem solver
• Must operate well under pressure and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Must possess strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills and have a high attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Must be comfortable with heavy phone work
• Sales and Negotiations experience preferred
• Knowledge of subrogation and personal injury law preferred
