What You Will Do:

As part of our Counter Sales Team, you will be the friendly face customers count on for expert advice, quick answers, and a helping hand with their orders. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers get the products they need swiftly so they can get back to helping their clients. We are all about creating exceptional experiences, and we are excited to have talented people like you on board

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers
  • Taking orders, pulling items, and processing transactions accurately
  • Managing customer warranty claims and credit returns efficiently
  • Assisting customers with loading products into their vehicles when needed
  • Accurately entering sales orders into our system
  • Keeping our shelves organized and products well-stocked
  • Helping out with inventory counts

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:
  • Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn our parts management software
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with diverse customers in person and over the phone
  • Capability to lift items up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter attitude with minimal supervision, even under pressure
