Responsibilities Lead complex R&D projects from concept through commercialization. Mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Act as a project management thought leader, implementing best practices and driving innovation. Qualifications 6+ years of project management experience in medical devices. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemistry). PMP certification (preferred).
