Work Location: Austin, Texas? Onsite / Remote: Hybrid Duration: 6 months Job Descriptions: This front-end ReactJS lead developer will collaborate with technical architects and leads to design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain robust web applications in React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI, Node.js frameworks, and related technologies. Responsibilities include performing UX and UI Design with considerations for accessibility, responsiveness, and modern web application features. The role involves writing code for server-side rendering using Node.js, integrating applications with microservices and Reporting Services, and optimizing web applications for performance and compatibility across various platforms and devices.

The candidate will provide technical leadership by setting clear direction, mentoring developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and performing troubleshooting/debugging of application issues. Conducting code reviews to uphold code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices is also a key aspect of the role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions aligned with business needs. The candidate may also assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications using other technologies.
