As a Leasing Consultant, youll be the first point of contact for prospective residentsguiding tours, highlighting our community's amenities, and creating a welcoming experience from the first visit to move-in. Youll play a key role in driving leasing success while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the quality of our community. WHAT YOULL DO Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate the features and benefits of the community to drive leasing performance and meet occupancy goals. Maintain in?depth knowledge of all floor plans, pricing, availability, and community amenities to effectively match prospects with suitable units. Build and nurture relationships with prospects and residents by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process and ongoing residency. Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through phone, email, and in?person visits, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Accurately process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and fair housing laws. Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to support outreach efforts, resident retention programs, and community events that enhance the resident experience. QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 1+ years of previous leasing and/or sales background desired. Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred. Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience desired. Language Ability: Strong oral and written communication skills. Professional interpersonal skills. Computer Skills: Must have excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to understand and create reports and documents. RealPage experience preferred, other property management software packages helpful. Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math, percentages, and financial calculations. This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including leasing bonuses, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references and use the signals we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job?related factors to determine final compensation. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary leasing bonus (eligibility may vary based on role).
