In this role, you will conceptualize and create marketing materials, manage projects, and ensure a consistent company message across multiple internal and external platforms.What will you do as the Marketing Coordinator?Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activitiesImplement marketing plans that include print, website, and social contentAssist Mind Your Business retail store, as needed, with social media marketing, cashiering, and marketing windowsCreate, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenuesMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive informationSimplify complex data into user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for managementKeep promotional materials updated, and ready by coordinating requirements with graphic department and maintaining an inventory of materialsAssist in creation of articles for newsletters and blogs to be distributed both internally and externallySupport sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, new product informationAccomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsWhat are we looking for in a good candidate?Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and/or other design platformsUnderstanding and experience with managing and moderating multiple social media accountsExcellent interpersonal abilitiesStrong creative and artistic skills with attention to detailCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust be self-starting individual, comfortable performing multifaceted projectsResourceful and well organizedExperiences with Google Analytics and social-posting programs is preferredThis position will work in our Montevideo headquarters, remote work is not availableMany tasks include their own work and /or the review of work of others in the department.
