Position Summary As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of our projects. Responsible for overseeing operational aspects nationwide, you will manage our skilled team, optimize processes, and embody our core values.

Key Responsibilities Project Management Ensure on-time, within scope, and budget project delivery. Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress, and conduct regular stakeholder meetings. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution Operational Excellence Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies in alignment with the company's vision. Improve management reporting, information flow, business processes, and organizational planning. Manage and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through functional improvements and coordination. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and motivate a team of project managers and staff for optimal performance. Ensure staffing requirements are met, and employees are trained and knowledgeable about safety and operational procedures.

Safety and Compliance Uphold and promote the company's commitment to safety, ensuring project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with the company safety director to lead continuous quality improvement processes. Client Relations Maintain continuous communication, keeping clients well-informed of project progress. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, promptly addressing and rectifying any issues or concerns.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Director of Operations, Senior Project Manager, or similar role in the commercial construction industry. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. Working knowledge of data analysis and

performance/operation

metrics. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
