On a given day as a Clinic RN, you will play the role of a collaborator, educator, and advocate for the patients. You will spend time performing in the following areas:Patient Care Advocate - You will be delivering compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals to all ages, backgrounds, and medical conditions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. Additionally, you will be ensuring that our patients' voices are heard and respected throughout their journey with us.Triage and Assessment - You will utilize your knowledge to assess, plan, develop individualized care plans and determine the appropriate treatment interventions.Treatment Administration: You will administer medications, treatments, and procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort while maintaining meticulous documentation.Health Education - You will educate patients and their families on various health conditions, disease prevention, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications, empowering our patients to actively participate in their own care. In addition, you will offer emotional support to patients and their families during challenging medical situations.Collaborative Team Player - You will work with a variety of interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, LPN/MAs, and other health professionals to coordinate care, share information and ensure seamless continuity of patient treatment.Continuous Improvement - We are always looking for new and creative methods to conduct our mission and values to our patients.
