Sourcer

Company Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sourcing, particularly in Life Sciences, Research and Development, and/or Quality Engineering/Assurance talent.

Position Summary: The Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and Career Builder to source candidates and a background in a sales environment or working with a local chamber of commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize social media and third-party recruiting sites to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting for specialized roles in Life Sciences, Research and Development, and Quality Engineering/Assurance.
• Work in a sales-oriented environment, using effective communication skills to engage with potential candidates.
• Provide product demonstrations and showcase company culture to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Team to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder, and other platforms.
• Specific experience recruiting for Life Sciences, Research and Development, and/or Quality Engineering/Assurance roles is preferred.
• strong research skills and experience using social media to gather information.
• Background in a sales environment, preferably with experience selling products over the phone.
• Experience working with a local chamber of commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

salary: $35.2 - $35.21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
