We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our dynamic team, where you will provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and direct support to our diverse patient population. This role offers a unique opportunity to positively influence the lives of individuals through various therapeutic modalities. Requirements:
Licensure: Must be licensed in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW).
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient therapy and individual counseling is strongly preferred.
Availability: Must be able to commit to 4-8 hours of evening work each week. Weekend availability is a plus.
Workload: Ability to maintain 30 billable hours per week.
Work Environment: Primarily an in-person role, with some remote work opportunities available.
Special Skills: CANS certification or willingness to become certified, and openness to working with children aged 12 and under.
Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
Schedule: Must be able to work in the office at least 4 out of 5 days each week.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with EHR systems, Google Suite, telehealth platforms (Doxy, Zoom), and Microsoft Office. Must be able to type quickly and accurately.
Duties:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health and emotional well-being.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and children.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
Monitor patient progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Offer direct support to patients in crisis or those experiencing acute mental health symptoms.
