Remote Project Manager Intake Call Notes: This is a 100% remote role but they do need to be local to Chicago. This is a part - time role and will only be working 10 - 20 hours a week but that must be done during the core business hours of 10am - 4pm CST Candidate would come from a background of Business Operational Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Marketing Coordinator that would assist with marketing, writing, and doing Excel spreadsheets Strong skills with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Will be doing marketing on Social Media platforms - will be given a framework and they will have the content, imagery, and detail There are two conferences at the bank in July and November that they need to attend Candidate does not need experience with DEI or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion but ideally has a passion for. Candidate will be supporting financial services pipeline - taking meeting minutes, editing PowerPoints, doing website revisions, posting on social media, and supporting annual planning for annual conferences. Candidate will be attending 1-3 meetings a week for the team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, working with senior level executives, strong initiative, and flexible Qualifications: 1. Program and project Management 2. Marketing & Communications 3. Stakeholder management 4. Flexible / agile mindset Responsibilities: 1. Support DEI team with the website and misc. team needs 2. Support the Financial Services Pipeline (FSP): taking meeting minutes, editing PPTs, website revisions, support annual conference planning, social media posts 3. Support for events and initiatives 4. Marketing and communications work

The DEI team is dynamic, collaborative, and highly adaptable. It is a very flexible group as we cannot always anticipate requests and projects that come to us. We communicate well with each other and are all goal-oriented. Everyone contributes at a high level; the group is very team-oriented though we have our own individual projects as well.

Remote position. 12 to 24 months assignment. 4 to 6 years of experience (as a PM & Miscellaneous events or business acumen)
