We are currently seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our talent network located in Naples, Florida near the Waterside Shops. This individual is someone who a true fashionista at heart.

At Retail for the People, we are known as the "pop-up people" and we are on the lookout for exceptional individuals who want to work with us to create the luxury and immersive store experiences customers love. We are looking for both temporary and permanent positions, and to be considered, you must be a member of our network of vetted fashion professionals.

We are looking for Sales Associates who exude a passion for fashion, who are extremely polished, who are professional, who are experienced in how to behave in a retail environment, who exude a spirit of curiosity, and who have an unwavering commitment to delivering unparalleled, luxury and immersive experiences.

How It Works:

  1. Apply: Submit your retail or fashion resume to one of our jobs in your chosen city. Please apply to our general application if you don't see exactly what you are looking for.
  2. Intro Call: If we feel your skills are a match for our network, a RFTP recruiter will reach out to set up an initial phone call to discuss your experience, skills, and interests.
  3. Job Match: Once a job has been identified as a match with your skills, we will contact you to gauge your interest in the position.
  4. Interview: If you are interested in the position, an interview will be scheduled and you will be evaluated for the specific job. RFTP recruiters will be the ones to schedule all interviews, whether via phone, zoom or in person. A recruiter will coordinate with your schedule. You will receive a reminder email before all interviews.
  5. Placement: During the interview process, RFTP will be in touch with feedback and follow-up points. Once an offer is made, an RFTP recruiter will reach out with the formal offer letter, the start date, and onboarding details. We are there for you every step of the way. Retail is all about the people after all

  • You are looking for either freelance (temporary) or full-time (permanent) employment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable role in a luxury sales or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of standard retail processes and guest experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a luxury client experience.
  • Build relationships with store guests.
  • Sell products according to the brand's goals and objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Follow the standards of excellence as outlined by the brand.
  • Maintain security standards within the store.
  • Maintain visual display of all products following company visual standards.
Metrics of Success:
  • Punctuality & reliability.
  • Goal achievement in Sales, Conversion, UPT, AUR.
  • Timely and efficient task accomplishment.
  • Successful collaboration with team members.
  • Returning customers asking for you by name.
