Sales Associate Location: Dallas Job Description JAMES Showroom is looking for a motivated, organized, team player to join our sales team in Dallas. A passion for artisanal designs is a must The Sales Associates primary responsibilities are to manage day-to-day showroom operations while providing timely, personalized customer service to all our clients.

Job Requirements Principle Responsibilities include:

Work closely with each of our clients and vendors to provide accurate stock checks and quotes, process orders, and maintain clear communication through delivery of each order.

Fulfill sample requests, perform sample inventories, and handle all shipping needs related to samples or inventory.

Assist in the daily organization and presentation of the showroom.

Client outreach to build and foster relationships with new and existing clientele.

In addition to showroom responsibilities, ideal candidates are able to perform scheduled outside sales meetings in key locations across our region to build personal relationships with designers outside our showroom locations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Prior industry sales experience required

Must be a highly organized multi-tasker with solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Strong sense of design

Previous experience with design software a plus

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and more.

Solution oriented with a strong attention to detail.
