Referral Supervisor FLSA STATUS:

Exempt SUMMARY: The overall responsibility of this position is to oversee the daily operations of the procedure department. The Referral Supervisor will coach, supervise, train, and mentor employees to ensure referral authorizations are obtained for every procedure scheduled at any facility. Additionally, will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care and customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate of Arts (A.A) or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Prior management or supervisory experience required. Previous experience in procedure scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, and authorization required. Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook. Bi-lingual English/Spanish required. We offer a competitive salary; Employee Health Insurance is covered at 100%.
