An executive-level nursing leadership opportunity is now available in Central Colorado Leadership at this well-respected medical center is actively seeking an accomplished Acute Care Nurse Director to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nursing Director Acute Care Services will oversee multiple inpatient units including Medical Surgical, Ortho/Med-Surg, and Telemetry. The Nursing Director will lead a strong team of RN Managers, Charge Nurses, RNs, Techs, and ancillary staff across 3 separate units. The Acute Care Services Nurse Director will be heavily involved in hospital-wide operations, serving a key role in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive work environment for nursing staff.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing BSN, Active Colorado State RN License (or Compact State), 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in acute care services whether in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Orthopedics, in addition to a proven ability to forge cohesion among acute care teams.
