Job Description

Manage cash strategies and positions to support financial reporting, tax compliance, and consolidations. Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Monitor projected cash flow positions, manage excess operating cash for optimal interest income, and develop reporting and modeling capabilities for liquidity forecasting. Manage relationships and negotiations with financial institutions and service providers related to treasury, cash management, and payment mechanisms. Analyze business operations and lead cross-functional plans for cash flow optimization. Lead investment strategy, registration, reporting, and compliance processes in alignment with policy guidelines. Manage investment portfolio relationships and related risk advisory. Handle management of risks associated with cash, bank accounts, investments, payments, and collections. Negotiate and manage loans and lead the scheduling and execution of cash flows based on budgets and projects.
