Clinical Nurse Manager RN-PCU

Job description: The Clinical Nurse Manager will have responsibility for the overall operations of the nursing unit to include financial performance, service quality, clinical outcomes, quality improvement, employee satisfaction, and patient satisfaction. The clinical manager of the nursing department will have direct reporting responsibility to a designated nursing director.The Units of focus:Tell us about the unit(s):Number of Beds 25 Number of Staff Type of staff: o Day Shift RNs, PCAs and UC o Night Shift RNs, PCAs and UCPatient Ratios 4:1 or 5:1Type of equipment telemetry monitoringEMR - CERNERNew state of the art hospital in prime location. We are a teaching hospital that is dedicated to working together as a team to provide high quality and exceptional patient care.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited nursing programCurrent KY RN licensure or compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky5+ years of nursing experience in an academic medical center hospital setting3+ years of nursing leadership experience in an academic medical center hospital settingBasic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)Preferred QualificationsMasters degree in nursing from an accredited nursing programWhy is This a Great Opportunity: Great Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
