Individual should have strong organizational and communication skills dealing with residents and staff members.Job DescriptionInspect and clean community rooms, lobbies, mailrooms, fitness center, laundry rooms, building hallways and stairwells, and storage areasInspect and refresh vacant apartments and model apartmentRealign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layoutWipe down and vacuum elevator interiors and building hallwaysAssist in the cleaning of market ready unitsPerform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as requiredMonitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areasEmpty trash containersDust and polish all furniture in common areasClean and disinfect toilets and replenish supplies in public restroomsReport any maintenance concerns for repairs of available apartments, model apartment, clubhouse or common areas to the maintenance staff Assist in clean-up of resident functions Represent the community in a professional manner at all times on and off the propertyCompliance with all company, federal, state and local safety rulesImmediately report all unsafe conditions Respond immediately to spills and slippery conditionsMaintain accurate inventory of materials and supplies.
