A new luxury private membership club that designed to attract a diverse and unique community of individuals from the creative and business worlds, each contributing something unique to its soul and experience is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee the opening of its newest NYC location.

With highly personalized, old-world service in an atmosphere that is elegant, inviting, and cozy, these clubs are a destination for discerning people bound by common interests and a desire for dynamic social interaction. This brand is built on the success of the original West Coast based location. Their eclectic members - both loyal and new to come - are set to enjoy even more benefits and legendary experiences. We are seeking team members who share a passion for the high standards and flawless, first-class service that are synonymous with ownerships unique, personalized approach to luxury hospitality. Membership will be highly selective.

The Primary Purpose of the Director of Operations Position: you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the club's operations. Your primary goals: ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our members, maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency, and provide inspirational leadership to our team members. You will play a pivotal role in upholding the club's reputation for excellence and creating a unique and memorable experience for our discerning members.

Candidates must be able to train extensively at the LA based location

Responsibilities:

Leadership:
•Provide strategic leadership and vision to the team while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with the team, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and professional development.

Service Excellence:
•Uphold the club's commitment to delivering personalized and exceptional service to members, consistently exceeding their expectations.
•Oversee the implementation of service standards, training programs, and quality assurance measures to maintain a consistently high level of member satisfaction.

Operational Management:
•Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including front-of-house, food and beverage, events, housekeeping, maintenance, and member programming.
•Ensure efficient coordination and collaboration between departments to provide a seamless member experience.

Financial Performance:
•Develop and manage the annual budget and monthly forecasts, analyzing financial data and implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
•Drive revenue generation through strategic marketing initiatives, membership retention strategies, and innovative offerings to enhance the member experience.

Compliance:
•Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting as necessary.
•Implement and enforce club policies and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for members and staff.

Membership:
•Work closely with the membership team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining members.
•Foster strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and proactively.

Qualifications:
•2+ years as a GM in New York City
•Experience with high volume F&B with multiple outlets
•Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, with a strong track record of operational excellence and financial performance in a high-volume F&B setting within NYC.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
•Experience executing successful high-profile restaurant openings.
•Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
•Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
•In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
•Familiarity with membership-based organizations and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
