Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI dashboards and reports. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into key business metrics and performance indicators. Perform data analysis and manipulation using SQL, Excel, Microsoft Fabric, and other tools to extract, transform, and load data into Power BI. Optimize data models and queries to ensure optimal performance and usability of Power BI solutions. Conduct quality assurance and testing of Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data visualizations. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Power BI dashboards and reports effectively. Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data visualization techniques. Collaborate with other members of the data analytics team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, and Microsoft Fabric. Advanced skills in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience designing and developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate insights. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant certifications in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or related technologies are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with data integration and ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric. Familiarity with other data visualization tools and technologies. Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
