Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship. Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Banking & Finance to support financial systems and business initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs. Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements for financial systems. Work with stakeholders to define scope and objectives. Analyze banking and financial workflows to identify improvements. Support system enhancements and implementations. Collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams. Support testing and UAT activities. Work in Agile or Waterfall environments using Jira and documentation tools. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field 2+ years of Business Analyst experience Knowledge of banking or financial systems preferred Strong analytical and documentation skills Excellent communication abilities Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AARATECH.
