We are seeking a Web Marketing Manager to lead and implement our web strategy to increase player engagement and conversion from paid media investments. We need a candidate with experience in web marketing, management, and operations that includes: product page creation, delivery, and optimization, campaign management, testing (A/B, multivariate), analysis (Google Analytics), and reporting.

What You'll Do:

Owning front-end conversion and engagement focused web projects from gathering of requirements, design, and development to an emphasis on data-informed iterative page and pathing improvements.
Championing the visitor experience from developing and implementing testing strategies to identifying trends and insights in performance data that allow for constant improvement to our web presence.
Publishing web pages in alignment with standard methodologies, collaborators, and marketing leadership. Includes crafting, updating, reviewing, and publishing web content.
Collaborating with internal teams and leading vendor relationships to deliver innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and set the standard for visitor experiences.
Owning site testing, metrics, and reporting to achieve performance and business objectives.
Recommending new content strategies and taking pride in delivering innovative, functional, and compelling visitor experiences.
Questioning the status quo, encouraging teams to push the boundaries of whats possible, and ensuring sophisticated journeys and workflows are translated into simple, elegant experiences.

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of progressive responsibility in a digital marketing role, with an emphasis in product page strategy and delivery.
2+ years of web publishing and project management experience.
Outstanding expertise in developing, publishing, and optimizing landing pages and pathing for paid media campaigns via modern content management systems (CMS).
Solid understanding of CMS platforms (Contentful), Google Analytics and A/B testing tools, such as Acquia Lift, Google Experiments, Adobe Target, and/or Optimizely.
Skilled in building strategic plans and technical roadmaps that deliver business impact.
Understanding of taxonomy development and its relationship to search, SEO, and content strategy.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:

Starting Pay Range: $103,770
Pay Range End: $145,860
