About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Salary Range: $115K-$120K /Annum+ Benefits

Job Description: Role will be dedicated to ensuring accurate data mapping is developed, executed and documented. 7+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst Functional Skills:

Write and submit JIRA stories Well versed with JIRA dashboard Create Business requirements and prepare detailed BRDs, Use-case scenarios, Functional and Technical specification documents. Participates in the user acceptance testing and sign-off Agile BA skills - Backlog creation, Backlog grooming, Story sizing, Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Sprint reviews and Retrospective sessions in the above projects. Demonstrated experience in data/Application analysis Ability to formulate Functional and Non Functional Requirements Ability to document data management principles e.g. Data Dictionary, Data Types, Rules and Logic. Experience coordinating information requirements from across multiple systems Ability to lead and facilitate business requirements and data analysis and modelling sessions Ability to elicit detailed requirements from functional, business and technical teams Strong communication skills, technical and business writing skills Ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels Technical / Non-Technical Skills:

Excellent business analysis skills. Ability to understand and articulate business requirements. Need strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally. Attention to detail and proactive. Effectively collaborates and communicates with to ensure client satisfaction. Detail oriented, while still providing reliable and consistent results. Dependable problem-solving skills. Deadline oriented. Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges Results and customer oriented Team player with strong organization and people handling skills Prior experience in working with distributed (onshore & onsite teams) Ability to multi-task. Capable of dealing with ambiguous situations
