As a U-Haul Transfer Driver, you will use U-Haul Company's proprietary technology to assess and care for field vehicles. U-Haul provides the support and tools you need to succeed and grow, so if you want a job with endless opportunities for career growth, apply today Transfer Driver Primary Responsibilities: Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically. Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop. Perform visual inspections of equipment. Maintain a driver log. Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor. Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
