The software engineering lead will spearhead various technology initiatives spanning mobile/web applications, and backend cloud architecture. This individual will foster innovation, champion agile and AI tools and methodologies, and ensure strategic alignment across our functional teams.Drive the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.Build, mentor, and lead an internal team of software developers, and manage our distributed team of external developersManage day-to-day development activities across multiple projects, ensuring projects are transparently communicated, delivered on time and within budgetCollaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical specificationsQualificationsBS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field10+ years of hands-on development experience with mobile, web, and services5+ years of experience managing software development teamsProven expertise in developing mobile applications (iOS/iPadOS preferred) with modern languages such as Swift, React Native, and NodeTrack record of delivering solutions within a cloud environment (AWS preferred)Proficient in Relational and NoSQL databasesPreferred QualificationsExperience with public-facing frameworks, SDK's, and API'sKnowledge of hardware/firmware development and/or IoT environmentsBackground in developing PCI & SOC2 compliant solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
