What you will do:
Our Sales Associates are team players. They are sales driven and support the store team in the sales, customer engagement and operation of our Castle Megastore. This position works a rotating schedule with opening and closing duties.
•This is a selling position with shift goals utilizing product knowledge of features and benefits and engaging with customers. If you want a non-selling job, this isn't it.
•Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.
•Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis. Contributes consistently to make work fun and engaging for team members and customers.
•Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Requirements:
•Must be at least 18 years old
•Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone
•Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
•Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder
•Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas)
