CJD Trucks, based in Forrestfield, WA, are seeking an experienced and talented Warranty Clerk / Controller to join our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of warranty claims for the PACCAR system. This busy role provides the successful applicant the opportunity to grow and develop their skills whilst being part of our friendly and hardworking Service team. Other responsibilities include: Assisting branches in preparing correct data and documentation required for warranty claims submission Supervise and assist manufacturer’s representatives during warranty audits Assist in warranty account reconciliation Adherence to CJD’s safety and environmental policies and procedures Requirements to successfully fill this role: Previous experience in the handling and processing of warranty claims using online systems (preferred, not essential) Analytical and methodical skills with good computer literacy Organisational and administration skills gained in service administration environment Previous experience in dealership and / or truck related industry (preferred, not essential) Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills An understanding of the mechanics of heavy commercial trucks will be highly advantageous About Us Founded in 1974, CJD Equipment is a privately owned Australian company.
