Roles/Responsibilities: Lead the execution, and evaluation of a strategic change management program aimed at driving organizational transformation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, product management, user research, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of program goals. Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process. Identify and address potential obstacles and resistance to change, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program adoption. Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change initiative and make informed decisions for continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams, providing regular updates on program progress and escalating issues as necessary. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the company. Skills: Proven experience in program management, with a focus on driving change initiatives within complex organizational environments. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated through experience working with stakeholders across different departments. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and navigate through uncertainty with confidence and adaptability. Process-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to develop structured plans to achieve program objectives. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing obstacles to change. Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on driving change initiatives within complex organizational environments.
