**Description:**We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding headers on our heat exchangers and cooling units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIG welding and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.**Job Duties:**+ Weld headers using TIG welding process, with a focus on high-quality welds+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding+ Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures+ Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ 2+ years of experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing environment+ Must pass 2G TIG root, flux core fill and cap test+ Strong knowledge of TIG welding processes and techniques+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail+ Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment+ Strong communication and teamwork skills**Experience Level:**Intermediate Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
