Business Analyst GovCIO is currently hiring for a remote Business Analyst to support the EPA.

Responsibilities

include providing Tier 1/2 Help Desk Support for the EPA Next Generation Grant System, managing ServiceNow helpdesk tickets, investigating and resolving issues, and supporting testing activities. Secondary responsibilities involve creating and maintaining training materials, supporting requirements development, and working with technical teams on custom application development.

Qualifications

include a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of IT business analysis experience, 3+ years of Help Desk Support, and experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or a Salesforce CRM platform. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clearance to maintain a Public Trust is required.
