Customer Service Sales Specialist - Remote

Job Description:

InsuraTec is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Sales Specialists. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales in the insurance industry. This is a commission-only position that allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to achieve work-life balance on your terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Generate sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance products to potential clients.
  • Work with leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales.
  • Complete required training to obtain the necessary insurance license.
  • Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to clients' needs.
