Job Title: Activity Therapist Location (city, state): San Francisco, CA 94133 Industry: Nonprofit Pay: $30-34 per hourAbout Our Client: Our client is a long-time Bay Area nonprofit organization, offering an excellent growth opportunity within a positive and supportive work environment.Job Description: The Activity Therapist will be responsible for managing and coordinating events for members and overseeing Activity Leaders and Aides in senior programs. The role also involves handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities: Schedule, plan, and participate in events for members Supervise Activity Leaders and Aides and manage senior programs Coordinate new hires, including office space, equipment, and building access Manage travel arrangements and conference reservations Prepare correspondence, reports, and distribute building memos and event information Process, scan, and manage project documents Deliver documents to clients and partners Assist with expense report preparation and meeting scheduling Monitor and order office supplies Assist with courier services Qualifications: 1-3 years of administrative experience Experience working with the elderly population or family care Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong proofreading, formatting, and grammar skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, or Dance Therapy preferred Additional Details: This is an onsite position located in San Francisco, CA.
